Who doesn’t love a good sequel? The tricky thing is, they’re not easy to pull off. This guest house was built as a follow up to a project MTC completed in 2015. The main house was called “Curvatures’ thanks to an awe-inspiring turret that stretches up 3 floors and includes the primary bedroom, and on the top floor, a fun family lounge and game room. The new guest house was designed to look like it had always been there, with a 2nd turret matching the exact radius of the first. Inside, the guest house is full of custom details to make any guest feel right at home. The custom-molded tiles surrounding the fireplace contain emblems of special importance to each of the owners, every finish and exterior color was matched to the original, and thanks to positioning of the auxiliary unit in the backyard of the first, an all-inclusive family oasis was created – complete with fire pits, a hot tub and a bocce ball court.
