The Summers in the Rubicon remodel strives to create a more livable space while preserving the natural beauty of the lakefront property. The construction does not look manmade and instead maintains a natural feel of hill-side Lake Tahoe, complete with natural, indigenous materials, which helps the home blend into the landscape. This remodel features an entirely new guest house, a new retaining wall built out of boulders and a beautiful natural stone walkway descending from the house to the lake.
