You can dream, create, design, and build the most beautiful place in the world, but it requires people to make a dream a realityWalt Disney

There’s no better embodiment of Mr. Disney’s words than this 4,459 square-foot stunner perched at the top of Tahoe Donner. The owner’s initial vision was to build a budget-focused legacy home for his immediate and extended family. However, through the build process, a more meaningful dream emerged, fueled by a cavalcade of new ideas and inspirations. And in the spirit of true collaboration, the MTC team brought this heartfelt project to life.

Understanding the challenges of the home’s lofty elevation and extremely high snow loads, the MTC team incorporated features that ensure year-round access, including ice melt, exterior protection, snow removal, and on-demand backup power.
