Originally built in 2009, this was the 11th house to be built in Martis Camp. Though the original build was charming and traditional, it had become outdated, and the homeowners wanted to modernize.
MTC took on this project ready to transform it into a vibrant, yet cozy mountain retreat. By incorporating radiant color combinations throughout the home and installing glass walls both inside and out, we refreshed the ambiance and invited in the natural light and mountain scenery. The modernized floor plan offers privacy for each family member, while the family room serves as a gathering point to soak in the beautiful mountain views.
