Elegant Fusion

This unique project found MTC building a main home that would fit seamlessly with a pre-existing guest house on the property. Not only did we connect the new structure to the older one through a shared hallway, but the aesthetics were also perfectly matched. The guest house had some wonderful attributes such as oak casework, wood ceilings and a wonderful modern/contemporary touch, which carried to the new home making it all flow effortlessly.

Elsewhere, expansive patio space both covered and exposed allows for year around enjoyment and further creates a family compound environment. The end result was a beautiful and comfortable home with plenty of entertaining space for family and friends.
