‘When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade’ was undoubtedly the philosophy behind this ambitious project launched in the heat of COVID. Although an outstanding architect designed the stunning 3,025 square-foot home, the pandemic presented confounding product shortages and long lead times. Still, the owners and the MTC team persevered. Embracing the making lemonade ethos, they skillfully navigated around the myriad limitations to create a remarkable, multifunctional home. Post-pandemic, the family delights in their beautiful new home year-round.
